I visited Manek chock today (December 25, 2025) around 1:40 AM.
We ordered 1 Bhakhri pizza, 1 Manek chock special sandwich and 1 Oreo milk shake and Free fries.
Sandwich 6/10
Bhakhri pizza 5/10
Oreo milk shake 0.5/10
Fries -5/10 (negative 5)
And as I was told to review to get free "peri peri" fries for reviewing 5 Star. Otherwise wanted to give literally 1 Star.
Main thing, we supposed to get peri peri fries and unfortunately we just got regular "over cooked" literally with brown color fries and informed that they're out of stock for that. And lastly we really waited almost 35 minutes to just get fries.
I don't have more words to take out my frustrations here. Anyway thanks for FREE fries.
I know it's not good to rate 1/10 being an Indian to Indian restaurant. But this is what it is.

Been here at least 4 times, coming here especially for the dahi puri but today I decided to try the samosa chat. Honestly it exceeded my expectations. Have never tasted samosa chat like this(the Chole curry in it is exceptionally delicious) comparing to other restaurants in Toronto. So much so that we ordered another plate as takeout.
Another good menu item is the chikoo milkshake which tastes just like the chikoo milkshake we used to make at home in mumbai

Even the dahi puri is excellent
